The story could basically be split into two halves. The main story is about Tamai Shiina, who is an energetic middle-school teenage girl. She visits her grandparent's over the summer where she runs into a very strange creature. Shiina has had lots of strange dreams as of late and also when she was younger, and this strange creature is somewhat related to her visions. She names the small cuddly star-shaped creature, Hoshimaru. Little did she know that this cuddly creature is really part of herself. After her vacation, Shiina goes back to her home, living with her father. She runs into other children with similar creatures the following days. However, these children have developed their creatures, and they have complete control over them. They mostly use these creatures for their own destructive pleasure and not for good. There is a group of teenagers that all have these strange creatures, and they plan to basically conquer the world, creating a utopia of whatever they desire. Will they succeed? Dr. Kabuto, seeing the danger at hand, sends out the Pilder to Kouji, allowing him to combine with the giant robot, Mazinger Z, to fight against Dr. Hell's forces.

Remember to forget is a four-page script of a story with a human twist in a dystopic, sci-fi setting. It is open-ended, allowing greater engagement and emotional investment by the reader. The Protagonist, an unnamed young alien has been up all night reflecting on his life. He is part of a race of intergalactic warriors who treat their atrocities casually and haphazardly. This bizarreness stems from the fact that each day, after they are done with the horrors of their conquest, they are submitted to a process which simply wipes out parts of their daily memories and experiences (their negative emotions and any sedimentary and residual conscience they might have left regarding what they have done). It is something which in the long-term leaves everyone devoid of empathy and realization. This perpetual tuning up has the protagonist wondering, “What’s worse? The fact that we are harming others or ignoring that we have harmed others?”

Chichi no Jikan follows Shinogi Kyuuichi, a male biology student who lives in an apartment near a helpful female neighbor/friend, Takarai Ayaka. One day, he is visited by aliens, who demand that he raise their baby for a year... or else the world is history. The baby is apparently human, and is raised the way humans are: through breast-feeding. Kyuuichi's sex is not a problem for the aliens: they give him a simple device that switches his body to a woman's with the mere touch of a button. Conveniently, Kyuuichi's female form is very well-endowed.<br>Although she's understandably confused and uncomfortable by the whole situation, Ayaka helps Kyuuichi out as he navigates the unfamiliar experience of raising a child, and breast-feeding it in particular. That means going to a store to buy a breast pump, visiting a maternity hospital to get a massage to release Kyuuichi's stored-up milk, and giving the baby a bath together. Kyuuichi, as a biology student, is fascinated by the whole thing from an academic perspective.
