Like Battlefield of Pacifists and Blind Target, Ground Zero are *possible* events that take place in between the TV series and the OVA, Endless Waltz.

After the war that took place in A.C. 195, each of the protagonists have gone on with their lives, and the gundams put into retirement. As the peace alliance with the colonies push through, a new menace threatens to shatter the peace, and the five gundam pilots are forced into action once again. Blind Target is originally a radio drama that got translated into manga. It is one of the possible events that took place between the series itself and the OVA, Endless Waltz. Other manga titles that also delve into the possible events between the series and the OVA are Battlefield of Pacifists and Ground Zero. All three remain unrelated to one another.

The same August 10th that Earth received the message, Shirafune Maho spoke his first words and it was “Mars.” Since then, Maho has been an astronomy freak who has nothing but the universe on his mind. He decides he is going to apply for the Space Academy along with his childhood friend, Hoshihara Meguru, and recent transfer and super smart classmate, Amachi Wataru. The trio begins their almost impossible journey of being accepted into the school where only 1% of the applicants are allowed into the academy.

‘Salaryman from Hell’ is the first in a collection of Ebisu’s stories entitled “The Man Who Saw Hell.” It’s about the day in the life of a normal Japanese salaryman. For the uninitiated, salarymen are an iconic figure in modern Japan, taking the role of everyman. Ebisu uses this generic salaryman figure in most of his stories.

Yaegaki Meguru's next door neighbor is unique, to say the least. They are the Kusanagi ninja lineage, and their son, Kanata, has been her classmate and friend since their younger years. Kanata would always get into trouble or be late to class due to his ninja upbringings. Every morning, Meguru would have to pull him away from his training with his father. Most days, he's late to class anyway. In the past, they both vowed to never hide secrets from each other, yet Kanata would not reveal the "true purpose of a ninja." Meguru understood the reason behind Kanata's secrecy regarding his ninja background when a powerful force is released inside their own school. Then, Kanata will reveal his true potential as a ninja.

The series is set in the modest town of Suiten, located in a remote mountain region in the island of Kyūshū, and follows three boys who have each had traumatic encounters in their childhood and learn to transfer their souls into a parallel world known as the "Unseen World". The Unseen World is however undergoing a change, with its ghosts starting to appear in the real world, which is therefore also being subject to changes.
