Sequel of "Chiisana Shima no Yasashii Koi (Sweet love in a small island)". Kurasawa Shizuka met Masaki Tsutomu in a small clinic on a small island and they’ve grown from friends to lovers there. Their situation has changed, since Tsutomu is now a university student, however, their feelings for each other haven’t changed.
